Deepsea Technologies manufactures a variety of Stab Plates and Flying Leads for use in MPD Applications.
A Multiple Quick Connect (MQC) Stab Plate is fitted with flying lead and jumper umbilicals, enabling hydraulic and electrical connection between subsea control equipment such as umbilical termination assemblies, distribution units and wellhead Xmas trees.
The stab plates are designed and manufactured in-house including fabrication, coating, assembly and testing.
Design Features include:
- A variety of material construction such as 316 SST, etc.
- Couplers rated to 15,000 psi
- Water depths of 10,000ft
- Pinned swing bolt design for quick engagement and no loose parts to handle
